傳播程序
1.根據(jù)隨附的說明打開解凍的小瓶或訪問www.atcc.org獲取說明。
2.將整個內(nèi)容物無菌轉(zhuǎn)移到56mL#73肉湯管中??梢酝ㄟ^將0.5mL初級肉湯管轉(zhuǎn)移到這些次級管來接種另外的試管。
3.使用幾滴初級肉湯管接種#73平板和/或#73瓊脂斜面。
4.在26°C下孵育3天。
