ATCC medium: 842 PPLO Broth w/o CV with 20% horse serum (not inactivated), 10% v/v yeast extract (GIBCO 18180) and 5% dextrose
Prepare PPLO Broth w/o CV (Mycoplasma Broth) (BD 255420) according to manufacturer’s instructions; pH 7.8.
Aseptically add the horse serum, Yeast Extract (GIBCO 18180), and dextrose to sterile PPLO broth.
