Page's Balanced Salt Solution:
MgSO4 x 7H2O ------------0.4 mg
CaCl2 x 2H2O------------ 0.4 mg
Na2HPO4 ------------14.2 mg
KH2PO4 ------------13.6 mg
NaCl------------12.0 mg
DI Water 100.0 ml
To the above solution add: Liver Infusion (Oxid, Wilson 1:20 or Panmede) 0.17 g
Glucose 0.17 g Dispense 5.0 ml per 16 x 125 mm screw cap tubes. Autoclave 25 minutes at 121 C. Cool and aseptically add 0.5 ml per tube of sterile heat inactivated fetal calf serum (final concentration of 10% serum) just prior to use.
