研究
用稀釋涂布平板法從已退化的氧化亞鐵硫桿菌菌液中分離出氧化活性較高、生命力強(qiáng)的氧化亞鐵硫桿菌T1,對(duì)其菌落、細(xì)胞形態(tài)和生長(zhǎng)特性進(jìn)行了初步研究,結(jié)果表明其最適生長(zhǎng)條件為培養(yǎng)溫度30℃,pH=2.0,分離出的T1菌株氧化活性是分離前菌株氧化活性的1.2倍。
