甘油天冬素瓊脂(ISP)、無機(jī)鹽淀粉瓊脂(ISP)、酵母精麥芽精瓊脂(ISP)、燕麥粉瓊脂(ISP)：氣絲灰色：淺橄欖灰色至暗灰色、褐灰色?；z反面無鑒別色素：在第三種培養(yǎng)基上橄欖褐色至暗褐色，在其余三種培養(yǎng)基上灰綠黃色、淺灰橄欖色至淺橄欖褐色?？扇苌?zé)o或跡量黃綠色。不產(chǎn)生類黑色素、酪氨酸酶和H2S。利用D-葡萄糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-木糖、D-果糖、蔗糖；不利用鼠李糖、棉子糖、肌醇、D-甘露醇。產(chǎn)生四環(huán)素(tetracycline)及其衍生抗生素，抑制革蘭氏陽性和陰性細(xì)菌、分枝桿菌。
