Propagation Procedure
1.Open vial according to the enclosed instructions.
2.Using a single tube of ISP #1 broth (5 to 6 ml), withdraw approximately 0.5 ml to 1.0 ml with a Pasteur or 1.0 ml pipette. Rehydrate the entire pellet.
3.Aseptically transfer this aliquot back into the broth tube and mix well.
4.Use several drops of the cell suspension to inoculate a second tube of broth, a slant and/or a plate.
5.Incubate all tubes and plate at 26°C for 3?5 days.

2.使用單管ISP＃1肉湯（5至6 ml），用巴斯德或1.0 ml移液管取出約0.5 ml至1.0 ml。 將整個(gè)顆粒再水化。
3.將該等分試樣無(wú)菌轉(zhuǎn)移回肉湯管中并充分混合。
4.使用幾滴細(xì)胞懸浮液接種第二管肉湯，斜面和/或平板。
5.將所有管和板在26℃下孵育35天。
