鮭氣單胞菌亞種，感染可引起魚類癤病。以虹鱒和大西洋鮭為對象,評估以殺鮭氣單胞菌的卡那霉素耐藥基因aroA突變株（BrivaxⅠ）與缺失株（BrivaxⅡ）制備的大豆肉湯和凍干制劑誘生的保護(hù)作用,并與市售治療癤病的油佐劑死菌苗進(jìn)行比較。殺鮭氣單胞菌是氣單胞菌Aeromonadacea科、氣單胞菌屬的少數(shù)不運(yùn)動種類之一,在全球都有分布。對歐洲各國、美國、加拿大及澳大利亞等國家鮭科魚類造成了毀滅性的沖擊。殺鮭氣單胞菌由一些不同的亞種組成,在實(shí)際操作中,根據(jù)其生化特征和基因型特征,分為兩個(gè)主要的群:第一個(gè)群只包括殺鮭亞種(典型株),其余亞種為非典型株。殺鮭亞種引起系統(tǒng)的癤瘡病感染,可在野生和養(yǎng)殖、海水和淡水鮭魚的不同生長階段發(fā)病。
