中國微生物菌種查詢網(wǎng) 克氏庫克菌主要分布在自然環(huán)境及哺乳動物皮膚，是一種極罕見的機(jī)會致病菌。 本菌對青霉素、氨芐西林、氯林可霉素均耐藥。對萬古霉素、頭孢唑啉、頭孢曲松、環(huán)丙沙星、諾氟沙星、阿米卡星、慶大霉素均敏感。
細(xì)菌鑒定
血5 ml接種葡萄糖肉湯35℃24 h，呈均勻混濁生長并有黃色菌膜生成。轉(zhuǎn)種血瓊脂平板，長出中等大小圓形菌落、稍凸起、濕潤、橙黃色、無明顯溶血，有粘性。革蘭染色為陽性球菌，以四聯(lián)狀排列為主，亦有成對、散在排列，菌體較葡萄球菌大。

生化反應(yīng)
氧化酶、觸酶、葡萄糖，蕈糖、甘露醇、蔗糖、七葉苷、均陽性。O-F葡萄糖氧化。乳糖、麥芽糖、纖維二糖、阿拉伯糖、棉子糖、硝酸鹽還原、尿素酶、精氨酸雙水解酶、賴氨酸、烏氨酸脫羧酶、DNA酶均陰性。5% NaCl中生長，桿菌肽(0.04U)抑制，懸滴法無動力。以上菌體形態(tài)及生理生化符合克氏微球菌特征。
