Summary and
additional information: <- JCM <- R. Sakazaki <- K. Miki. Blood from diabetic patient; Japan, Kobe; sampling date: before 1996. Type strain. Taxonomy/description (6865, 6907, 9746, 18884). Sequence accession no. recN gene: EU569449, thdF gene: EU569353, rpoA gene: EU569556, infB gene: JX494752, rpoB gene: JX494754, hsp60 gene: AJ862855, atpD gene: JX494747, gyrB gene: JX494749, oriC gene: DQ227479, complete genome: NZ_CP017181. Confusion about correct type strain culture caused by the fact that two different cultures are stored at different collections (Brady C., 2013) (18884). Both cultures were used in species description and emendation but DSM 13645 seems to be the original isolate. Sequencing data and MALDI spectra support this assumption. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of this strain differs by 14 nt from AJ508301 (=AB616140). Phenotypic data in accordance with species descriptions (18884). (Medium 92, 37°C or Medium 693, 37°C).
