Sequence accession no. complete genome: CP062222. G+C content 67.79 mol%. Stalked cells are Gram-negative and vibrio-shaped (1.3 × 0.7 μm), the swarmer cells are elliptical (1.0 × 0.6 μm). Motile by means of a single polar flagellum. Colonies on PYE and R2A are elliptical, slightly convex, smooth and yellow with 1.0 mm diameter after 48 h of incubation at 30 ?C. Susceptible to ampicillin, chloramphenicol, doxycycline, kanamycin, oxytetracycline, rifampicin, but not to erythromycin, meropenem, streptomycin, tetracycline, and vancomycin.
