Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Leibovitz's L-15 Medium, Catalog No. 30-2008. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.

Subculturing: Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 to 1:5 is recommended
Medium Renewal: 1 to 2 times per week
Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.02% EDTA for 10 to 20 minutes at 37C. Add fresh medium, disperse cells and centrifuge to pellet the cells. Resuspend in fresh medium and dispense into new flasks.
