Comments:Animals were immunized with a peptide derived from human beta tubulin with the sequence [H]-KATMSGVTTCLRFPGQLNA-[OH]. [57814 ]
Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 mouse myeloma cells. [57814 ]
The antibody recognizes modified beta tubulin (an isotype of beta tubulin). It is modified at a cysteine residue at amino acid position 239. [57814 ]
