Comments:After 50 population doublings, the cells continue dividing and retain cuboidal morphology.
E6E7 sequences were detected by PCR in cells at passage 18.

Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: These cells are grown in Keratinocyte-Serum Free Medium (Gibco 17005-042)supplemented with
Atmosphere: air, 95%; carbon dioxide (CO2), 5%
Temperature: 37.0°C
Subculturing: Protocol: Remove medium, rinse two times with cold 0.25% trypsin, 0.53 mM EDTA solution. Allow the flasks to sit at room temperature (or incubate at 37C) until the cells detach. Neutralize the trypsin with fresh culture medium, centrifuge, resuspend cells in fresh culture medium and dispense into new flasks.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 is recommended
Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium twice per week
Preservation: Freeze medium: Ham's F12K medium, 85%; fetal bovine serum, 10%; DMSO, 5%
Storage temperature: liquid nitrogen vapor phase
