SZ95細(xì)胞傳代步驟參考（1個(gè)T25瓶以1:2傳代）：

1、用巴氏滴管吸出細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)瓶?jī)?nèi)的培養(yǎng)基；

2、加入1ml的PBS，輕輕晃動(dòng)潤(rùn)洗細(xì)胞，然后將PBS吸出；

3、加入1ml的胰酶，輕輕晃動(dòng)浸潤(rùn)細(xì)胞，然后放在培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)消化1~2分鐘；

4、在顯微鏡下觀察，發(fā)現(xiàn)細(xì)胞變圓，輕輕晃動(dòng)細(xì)胞便開始脫落，這時(shí)可以終止消化；

5、加入4ml含血清的完全培養(yǎng)基，用移液器吹打細(xì)胞，使細(xì)胞脫落并形成單細(xì)胞懸液（吹打次數(shù)控制在8~12次左右，不宜吹打次數(shù)過(guò)多）；

6、將細(xì)胞懸液轉(zhuǎn)移到15ml的離心管，1000rpm離心5min（細(xì)胞離心的時(shí)間3~5分鐘就足夠了，時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)容易對(duì)細(xì)胞造成損傷）；

7、離心完成后，吸出上清丟棄，再用移液管取10ml完全培養(yǎng)基將細(xì)胞重懸，輕輕吹打混勻（吹打次數(shù)建議不超過(guò)10次）

8、將細(xì)胞懸液分裝到兩個(gè)新的T25細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)瓶中，放在37℃的CO2培養(yǎng)箱中進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)。
