ATCC?培養(yǎng)基3:營(yíng)養(yǎng)瓊脂或營(yíng)養(yǎng)肉湯
生長(zhǎng)條件溫度:37°C氣氛:有氧
傳播程序
1.根據(jù)隨附的說(shuō)明打開(kāi)樣品瓶。
2.使用單管#3肉湯(5至6 mL),用巴斯德或乙醇提取約0.5至1.0 mL
1.0 mL移液器。 將整個(gè)顆粒再水化。
3.將此等分試樣轉(zhuǎn)移回肉湯管中。 好好混合。

Propagation Procedure
1.Open vial according to enclosed instructions.
2.Using a single tube of #3 broth (5 to 6 mL), withdraw approximately 0.5 to 1.0 mL with a Pasteur or
1.0 mL pipette. Rehydrate the entire pellet.
3.Transfer this aliquot back into the broth tube. Mix well.
4.Use several drops of the suspension to inoculate a second tube of broth, a slant, and/or plate.
5.Incubate all tubes and plate at 37°C for 24 hours.
