ATCC medium: 145 Potato-carrot medium
Potatoes (sliced with skin)......300.0 g
Carrots (peeled and sliced).......25.0 g
Agar..............................15.0 g
Tap water..........................1.0 L
Boil potatoes and carrots in tap water. Simmer for 20 minutes. Filter
through cheesecloth. Make up volume to 1.0 L. Add agar. Melt and
dispense. Autoclave 20 minutes at 121C.
