ATCC medium: 843 PPLO broth w/o CV with 0.1% sodium acetate, 0.5% yeast extract, and 1% calf serum
Prepare PPLO Broth w/o CV (Mycoplasma Broth) (BD 255420) according to manufacturer’s instructions. Aseptically add the calf serum to sterile basal medium.
