【成份】 (1)Mixing corn meal and water into paste

autoclave at 1.5kg/cm square for 90 min. for pastification
(2)Inoculation with bacteria spore in sand when cold
(3)After inoculation
putting the tubes in boiling water bath for 1-2 min for heat treatment
(4)Cooling the tubes in top water immediately
(5)Putting the tubes in vacuum desicator and pumping it to vacuum
(6)Incubation at 37C for 3 days
when the surface of the broth floated with soild material and the cloud-like suspended in the lower part of the tube the cultures are growth well
