口腔支原體與人體的肺炎或者氣管炎支原體相似，均是支原體，屬于細(xì)菌的一種。人體有支原體、衣原體、厭氧菌、需氧菌等細(xì)菌感染。若確定口腔中是支原體感染，在治療時(shí)有專門的藥物對(duì)支原體進(jìn)行治療。但口腔中支原體較少，因口腔是厭氧或者需氧的環(huán)境，以厭氧菌為主。
