Incubation : Temperature: 15.0°C Duration: 3-4 days
Effect : Yes, in vitro effects: Perforated plaques with central necrosis and contracted edges. Cells at edges have marginated chromatin
Comments : Temperature sensitive (56C for 15 minutes), 170 X 70 nm in size. Ether-sensitive, acid and glycerol-labile. Does not hemagglutinate, replicates poorly if at all at 20C.
