Incubation : Atmosphere: 5% CO2 in air recommended Temperature: 36.0°C Duration: 4-7 days with some rocking; For best results cells should be 24 to 72 hours old and lightly 100% confluent. Pretreatment of virus with trypsin is needed to activate virus before inoculation.
