Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI/BglI--8.0, 1.5, 1.2; PstI--3.6, 2.9, 1.8, 1.1, 1.0, 0.5; KpnI--4.4, 3.7, 2.7; EcoRI--7.0, 3.6, 0.6.
