Handling procedure
Twenty four hours prior to inoculation, place all components in the anaerobic chamber.
Place the frozen vial in the anaerobic chamber and allow it to thaw. Using an anaerobic syringe to transfer the entire contents of the vial into a single serum bottle of #2760 broth. Add trichloroethylene to a concentration of 5 µl TCE per 100 ml of medium.
Incubate the serum bottle at 30°C for 4-6 weeks.
