Handling procedureAdd 1 mL of cold PBS to the lyophilized pellet.
Allow the pellet to dissolve at least for two minutes; keep the vial on ice to prevent cell lysis.
After reconstitution, mix the product gently and aliquot 200 µL
Handling notesAliquoting is highly recommended to avoid multiple freeze-thaws.
